Customize!
- The customizing page allows uploading of your own art/layout or creating one from scratch using the preloaded clipart, backgrounds, and fonts
- All clipart, backgrounds, fonts, and uploads are free of charge to utilize
- When using the QR code generator, be sure to input your info correctly and double-check if it scans (Use your smartphone camera)
- All labels are applied to the FRONT, keep this in mind when choosing Product Colors (Ex. Clear Front/Black Back or Black Front/Clear Back)
Order Processing
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed
- Once processed, we're unable to cancel any orders or shipments
Turn Around Time
- All orders under 2000 items typically are completed and shipped within 7-10 business days with most smaller orders being turned around sooner
- Any orders over 2000 items will be addressed on a case to case basis and will be turned around based on our current workload, in some cases we will send partial shipments as the order is completed to make sure you receive it in a timely manner
Shipping
- Once the shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed, we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed
- We are not responsible for anything related to the shipping process or services
